Sabores Aztecas Today

To carry out their activities in the domestic and international market,  Sabores Aztecas has two production plants.  One of them in a 100,000 square meters area for the production of the food in preserve, using  70,000 square meters for  production  and 30,000 for the warehouse.  There are  700 employees working there  and 800 more in an indirect way, transforming more than 10,000 tons of fruits and vegetables during the year.  The second plant is used for the packaging of fresh and dehydrated vegetables.

At the present time, Sabores Aztecas exports to more than 20 countries in the world and counts with four different brands.  The "San Miguel" brand  has 40 different families of specialty fruits and vegetables in preserve, as well as dehydrated and fresh products.  Among them stand out the leading products like  asparagus, hearts of palm , artichokes and baby corn, as well as a range of mexican specialities of great success in the market.  

To satisfy the demand of the consumers, the company is in a constant development of new products, which fulfill high standards of quality, that has distinguished  the brand since its foundation. They deserved the certification ISO 9001, HACCP and Kosher.
