Mexican - Main dish

INGREDIENTS
1 kg. / 2 lb of Chicken Breasts.
1 big onion.
3 slices of Chipotle Peppers of Sabores Aztecas.
4 whole peeled tomatoes of Sabores Aztecas.
2 cloves of garlic.
500 ml. / 1 pint of tomato puree.
PROCEDURE
- Liquidize the tomatoes together with the tomato puree, the two cloves of garlic, ¼ of the onion and the chipotle slices. This preparation is fried lightly in a pan with oil until it thickens and then add salt and pepper to the pleasure.
- On the other hand we fry half of the onion (finely sliced) in some oil until it gets shiny and crispy.
- Once made our sauce, we mix it with the onion.
- The chicken cooks in the express pot adding water (until it covers the breasts), ¼ of onion, a clove of garlic and salt to the pleasure, cook for 30 minutes or until the express pot sound is strong enough or begins to smell to chicken.
- Once the breasts are cooked, crumble them and mix with our preparation of sauce and onion.
- Verify the taste and add salt and chipotle to the pleasure.
