INGREDIENTS
500 gr. / 1 lb of Tampiqueña beef.
2 cans of Zucchini Flower of Sabores Aztecas. (215gr. / 8 OZ).
8 peeled whole tomatoes of Farmers Valley.
1 medium onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
Serrano Peppers of Sabores Aztecas to the pleasure.
200 gr. / 7 OZ of panela cheese.
Salt and pepper.
PROCEDURE
- The sauce is made putting half of the onion, the tomatoes, the garlics and the Serrano peppers in the blender, liquidize it and season it in a pan with little oil.
- The zucchini flower is seasoned with some onion finely chopped.
- The tampiqueñas are stuffed with the zucchini flower and the cheese, wrap up in roll form.
- In a pan fry the meat with oil and then add the sauce until the meat finishes to cook, season with salt and pepper to the pleasure.
