INGREDIENTS
6 fillets of Fish (of your choice).
2 cloves of garlic.
100 kg. / 4 OZ of Olives
Yellow Peppers of Sabores Aztecas to the pleasure.
½ onion.
1 spoonful of capers.
½ bunch of parsley.
400 ml. / 1 pint of tomato puree.
3 peeled whole tomatoes.
PROCEDURE
- Liquidize the peeled whole tomatoes, together with the tomato puree, the cloves of garlic and the onion.
- Slice the olives and the long peppers, chop the capers finely.
- Once our sauce is ready put it in a pan with little oil and we put the fish fillets so that they are cooked and our sauce reduces.
- When our preparation begins to boil, we add the olives, the long peppers and the capers.
- We season to the pleasure.
- To garnish, add the parsley finely chopped.
