Red Mole With Chicken
 


Time to prepare it: 45 min.
For 6 people.

INGREDIENTS

1 jar of Sabores Aztecas Mole Rojo (red mole)
30 oz chicken stock
35 oz chicken breast cooked and ci¿ut un strips
½ finely chopped onion
2 tbsp sesame seeds
12-15 flour tortillas
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE

  • Heat up the chicken stock. Once it is hot add the Mole rojo sauce so that it dissolves and comes to a boil. If desired you can season with more salt, spices and powdered chicken stock.

  • Once the sauce has come to a boil add the chicken strips to the mole sauce.

  • For garnish add fresh onion and sesame seeds.
