INGREDIENTS
2 cans of Cream of Beans of Sabores Aztecas.
0.500 kg. / 1 lb of cooked and chopped Chicken.
1 kg. / 2 lb of corn tortillas.
Onion to the pleasure (Sliced or in rings).
Grated panela cheese and cream to the pleasure.
Oil the necessary one.
- Fry the tortillas lightly in very hot oil.
- Once fried go them by the Cream of Beans, stuff with the chopped chicken, then bend them for the half, like a meat pie.
- Pour over the rest of the Cream of beans (it has to be very hot).
- Finally, to garnish use the onion rings, the grated cheese and the cream.
