“Zucchini Flower Crepas” in Sweet pepper sauce
 

Mexican - Main dish
Ready in: 40 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

12 crepas.
3 cans of Zucchini Flower of Sabores Aztecas.
3 cans of Sweet peppers of Farmers Valley.
2 cups of sour Cream.
½ onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
Milk to the pleasure.
Salt and pepper.

PROCEDURE

  • For the sauce we put the peppers together with the cream, ¼ onion, the cloves of garlic and some milk.

  • We season the sauce in a pan with little oil and salt and pepper to the pleasure, when our sauce boils, we leave 5 minutes and we move away from the heat.

  • On the other hand, our zucchini flower seasons with the other ¼ onion (previously chopped), in a pan with oil.

  • Stuff the crepas and wrap them in a roll form with the zucchini flower and pour the sweet pepper sauce over them.
