INGREDIENTS:
6 Whole Poblano Peppers of Sabores Aztecas.
250 gr. / 9 OZ of panela cheese.
½ medium onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
100 gr. / 4 OZ of butter.
100 gr. / 4 OZ of flour.
1 lt. / 1 ¾ pint of milk.
PROCEDURE

Remove the seeds from the peppers.

To make the sauce, in a pan fry the onion and the cloves of garlic finely chopped, melt the butter, add the flour and move so that it doesn't stick, allow the flour to cook and add the milk, allow to thicken until it boils without stopping to move, season with salt and pepper to the pleasure.

The peppers are stuffed with the cheese. Pour the white sauce (bechamel) over them.
