INGREDIENTS
2 bottles flasks of Green Sauce of Sabores Aztecas.
1.200 kg. / 3 lb of corn tortillas.
Epazote (mexican herb) to the pleasure.
Salt.
300 gr. / 11 OZ. of grated Panela cheese.
Cream to the pleasure.
PROCEDURE
- Fry the tortillas in very hot oil, so that they are gilded lightly.
- Once fried and drained they are added to our green, very hot sauce of Sabores Aztecas.
- Add the panela cheese and the sour cream to the pleasure, if desired it can be served with crumbled chicken.
- Finally, season with ground epazote.
