Corn Truffle Cream Soup
 


The corn truffle cream soup is a 100% Mexican dish and it is made from the unharmful funghi that grows on the corn. This funghi causes a degeneration on the corn that produces bigger black-purple grains with a softer texture.
This soup may be garnished with:

  • Diced white cheese
  • A tablespoon of sour cream.
  • Fried tortilla strips
  • More corn grains.
