Chilaquiles in Tortilla Soup of Sabores Aztecas

INGREDIENTS

2 cans of Tortilla Soup of Sabores Aztecas.
1 kg. / 2 lb. of Corn Tortillas ( chopped ).
0.150 kg. / 5 OZ. of onion (sliced or in rings).
Cream and cheese to the pleasure.
Optional chipotle.

PROCEDURE

  • If you want the tortilla soup to be more spicy, mill it with some Chipotle peppers.
  • Fry the tortillas in oil, until they get golden and crispy, pour over them the very hot tortilla soup.
  • To garnish, use the onion rings, the cheese and the cream.
