Zucchini Flower tacos with Cheese and Chipotle Sauce

INGREDIENTS

3 cans of Zucchini Flower of Sabores Aztecas (200gr. / 7OZ).
12 Corn and/or flour tortillas.
500 gr. / 18 OZ. of Gouda cheese.
1 bottle of Chipotle Sauce of Sabores Aztecas.
Salt.

PROCEDURE

  • Slice the Gouda Cheese in thin strips.

  • Stuff the tortillas with the zucchini flower and the sliced cheese.

  • Warm them on the grill until the cheese has melted.

  • Garnish with the Chipotle sauce.

* These Tacos can also be made with corn truffel and Poblano pepper slices of Sabores Aztecas.
