INGREDIENTS
3 cans of Zucchini Flower of Sabores Aztecas (200gr. / 7OZ).
12 Corn and/or flour tortillas.
500 gr. / 18 OZ. of Gouda cheese.
1 bottle of Chipotle Sauce of Sabores Aztecas.
Salt.
PROCEDURE

Slice the Gouda Cheese in thin strips.

Stuff the tortillas with the zucchini flower and the sliced cheese.

Warm them on the grill until the cheese has melted.
- Garnish with the Chipotle sauce.
* These Tacos can also be made with corn truffel and Poblano pepper slices of Sabores Aztecas. |
