Surimi Snack to the chipotle

Ready in: 30 minutes.
6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

4 Slices of Chipotle Peppers of Sabores Aztecas (190 gr. / 7 OZ).
3 big cloves of garlic.
2 spoonfuls of mayonnaise.
1 spoonful of white vinegar.
8 surimi bars (crab imitation).
Salt.
2 spoonfuls of olive oil.

PROCEDURE

  • The slices of Chipotle Peppers of Sabores Aztecas are milled in the blender together with a spoonful of vinegar and some salt.
  • Chop finely the cloves of garlic and fry them lightly with some olive oil. Already golden, add the chipotle to season and add some salt.
  • Chop finely the surimi.
  • Mix the surimi with the chipotle, with the garlic and with two spoonfuls of mayonnaise.
  • It is served in cookies.
