INGREDIENTS
3 cans of Mushrooms of Sabores Aztecas (220gr. / 8 OZ).
700 gr. / 25 OZ of Manchego cheese.
1 can of Chipotle Peppers of Sabores Aztecas (200gr./7 OZ).
12 Corn and/or flour tortillas.
2 cloves of Garlic.
Oil to the pleasure.
PROCEDURE
- Drain the mushrooms.
- The Chipotle pepper is milled together with the cloves of garlic.
- Once the sauce is ready, fry it in very hot oil and sauté the mushrooms in it.
- Once the cheese is melted add the mushrooms fried in the Chipotle peppers sauce.
- Now everything is ready to prepare some rich Mexican Tacos!
