Mexican - Snack.
Ready in: 30 minutes.
6 Servings
INGREDIENTS
4 fillets of white fish of the Nilo.
250 gr. / 9 OZ of ground “Corn Flakes”.
30 gr. / 1 OZ of flour.
5 eggs.
Capers to the pleasure.
4 spoonfuls of mayonnaise.
½ onion.
Salt.
½ lt. /1 pint of oil.
3 Chipotle Peppers of Sabores Aztecas.
PROCEDURE
- Cut the fillets in strips.
- First pass the fillets through the flour, then by the egg with some oil and salt and finally through the “Corn Flakes”, repeat this step if you want the fillets to be more crispy, then fry them in very hot oil.
- The sauce is made cooking the eggs in water,15 minutes after they boil, retire them from the heat and chop finely.
- Chop finely the onion, the capers and the chipotle pepper, mix all and add the cooked eggs and in this way our Tartar Sauce is ready.
- To serve, pour the sauce over the Fish Fingers.
