INGREDIENTS
2 bottles of Jalapeño Peppers of Sabores Aztecas (230gr./8 OZ).
2 cans of Tuna (125gr. / 5 OZ).
2 fresh tomatoes finely chopped.
½ finely chopped onion
Olive oil.
Salt and pepper.
PROCEDURE
- Making a cut through the long, clean the peppers by removing away the seeds, and through the same cut, stuff the peppers.
- The tuna gets ready mixing all the remaining ingredients, seasoning with oil, salt and pepper to the pleasure.
- Stuff the peppers with the preparation of Tuna. Serve chill.
