ISO 9001.

Sabores Aztecas products are elaborated in an administration system of quality, which fulfills the requirements of the international norm ISO9001-2000, with the objective to define and to establish the guidelines to assure that the activities developed in Sabores Aztecas directly involve the product quality and are managed to fulfill the requirements of our clients, guiding our efforts towards continuous improvement.

But what is ISO-9001-2000?

It is an international standarized system (in their last version), for the assurance of  the design, development, production, installation and quality of service. It is a bonus that also integrates other implanted systems of quality, in our case, the corresponding Mexican official norms, HACCP, BPM and Kosher.

It is the continuous commitment with the quality that will allow us to continue offering products that can respond to the necessities and clients' expectations inside a relationship of respect and cordiality in which suppliers, friends and collaborators of  Sabores Aztecas also participate, and to whom we  express our sincere gratefulness. 

Why ISO-9001 ?

To talk about an ISO-9001 company , is to talk about  a company that understands the language of globalization, about the competitiveness at an international level and mainly about the commitment for the full satisfaction of our clients, through continuous improvement.

Our administration system of quality, certified by Bureau Veritas International Quality in december 21 of the 2001 and endorsed by UKAS (English Acreditation Entity), declares as policie of quality:

"To cultivate, produce and trade fruits and vegetables of quality that satisfy the expectations of our clients and consumers, under the commitment of a continuous improvement."

Obtaining this registration has been possible thanks to the active participation of all the collaborators that  conform the team of  Sabores Aztecas and it ratifies the competitive position and the quality leadership of the Group.
